Our Fee Policy

We work on a flat fee basis as our fees are based on the work load and the protection that we have to provide to our clients as we find we can take on their case and will quote you this fee during the initial consultation. This allows you to know with certainty the total cost for our services. The fixed fee generally results in a cost that is less than what would have been paid if determined strictly on an hourly basis.

Also, please be aware that there is no such thing as an average fee (or price) to take on a case. Since every case is truly complex, it is nearly next to impossible to tell you what our fee would be to take on your case before we had a chance to find out first what kind of issues you have with the tax agency in question. Please do us the courtesy of not wasting your time or ours by calling us just to inquire about our fees before we have a full understanding about your tax problem. Doing this would only takes away from the precious time that we would normally spend with clients who are truly motivated and serious about resolving their tax issues.

With that being said, we are certain that what ever our fee will be, you will have to agree that it will be such a small amount in comparison to your tax debt you owe. Keep in mind that when you retain our services, your dealings with the IRS are over. We are in place to help you and we communicate with them 100% of the time for you.

We ask that you pay a portion of the fee upfront, and the balance may be paid in monthly installments, unlike most companies which require that the entire fee be paid in full before any services are provided. On a final note, we always strive to keep our fees very competitive.
